- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, high-demand periods, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Standard shipping charges may apply on lower-value orders.
- Additional COD charges may apply on Cash on Delivery orders.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without product details mentioned on the outer package to maintain customer privacy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected PIN codes across India.
- We may contact customers for order verification before dispatching COD orders.
- boldMAN reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Courier partner issues
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

If you receive:
